Maximum 3 riders per van — 1 wheelchair rider plus up to 2 additional riders. One seat per person, no exceptions. Minors must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellations and No-Shows

Payment: Trip payment must be completed at least 24 hours prior to scheduled start. If booked less than 3 hours before pick-up, cancellation fees apply immediately.

Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to pick-up for a full refund.

Cancellation Fee: $75 if cancelled inside the 3-hour window.

No-Show Fee: $75 if the rider's party is not ready for pick-up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.

Refunds & Disputes: Contact customer service within 7 days for any disputed charge.

Riders, Minors & Car Seats

Maximum riders per van: 3 total — 1 wheelchair rider plus up to 2 additional riders. One seat per person, no exceptions.

Minors: No minors may travel without an accompanying adult 18 years or older.

Car seats: If a child requires a car seat by law, the rider's party must bring and install it themselves. Drivers will not provide, transport, or install car seats.

Manual wheelchair rider weight: Maximum 250 lbs for passengers in manual chairs.

Video Surveillance & Audio Recording

Vehicles may be equipped with video/audio surveillance for safety. By boarding, you consent to being recorded.

Safety & Accident Responsibilities

Drivers follow all traffic laws and prioritize safety. Transportation carries inherent risks which you voluntarily assume.
